Good Move Glasgow have a range of local activities that you can join in with.
Walks are easy, sociable and most of all good fun. People going along to the Good Move walks are enjoying getting out, meeting new people and takin gin the sights of the city's parks and gardens.
These free walks last up to an hour, and leave from the St Francis Centre (405 Cumberland Street) at 1.30pm every Thursday.
If you think your footballing days are over, then think again! Walking football is a slower version of the beautiful game.
Walking football is held every Wednesday from 10.30am at the Glasgow Green Football Centre. The cost is £2.50 per session, or free with Glasgow Club membership.
Come along and find out why so many people are giving the Revitalise classes the thumbs up.
Classes run every Wednesday from 9.50am at St Francis Centre, costing £2 per session.
The fun and friendly Vitality classes have been specially designed for people living with a range of medical conditions.
Strength and Balance Circuit classes run every Wednesday from 2.45pm at Gorbals Club Glasgow, Ballater Street, and cost £2.80 per session.
Step-In Circuit classes run every Thursday from 11.15am at Glasgow Club Gorbals, Ballater Street, and cost £2.80 per session.
The fun, interactive Wee Play classes have been designed especially for families with children aged 2 - 5 to become more active together.
These free classes will run every Wednesday up to the 29th March from 10.15 - 11.15am at the St Francis Centre.
