Priority Repairs

We are working to keep essential services running, including repairs. You can contact us by phone or email. Visits to tenants’ homes will be limited, with our repairs service focused on emergency/priority repairs. Routine repairs reported to us during this time will be delayed, and we will call to reschedule at a later date.

When you call to schedule an appointment, we will ask you some extra questions. This is to make sure we can take any extra steps needed to carry out visits to your home safely. We will let you know what we expect from you when visiting your home. It is important that you advise us if you, or a member of your household, is self-isolating or have been diagnosed with Covid-19.

 

Emergency repairs

Repairs that are considered an emergency include:

  • fire

  • flood

  • serious storm damage

  • extensive electrical power failure

  • serious water/rain penetration

If you suspect a gas leak, please call the National Gas Emergency number 0800 111 999.

 

Other priority repairs

  • blocked flue

  • blocked drain/toilet

  • loss of power

  • partial loss of power

  • insecure external window, door or lock

  • significant leak

  • loss of heat

  • loss of hot water

  • toilet not flushing

  • unsafe electrical fitting

  • loss of water supply
