Visits to tenants’ homes will be limited, with our repairs service focused on emergency/priority repairs. Routine repairs reported to us during this time will be delayed, and we will call to reschedule at a later date.
When you call to schedule an appointment, we will ask you some extra questions. This is to make sure we can take any extra steps needed to carry out visits to your home safely. We will let you know what we expect from you when visiting your home. It is important that you advise us if you, or a member of your household, is self-isolating or have been diagnosed with Covid-19.
Repairs that are considered an emergency include:
- serious storm damage
- extensive electrical power failure
- serious water/rain penetration
