Repairs

Our full repairs service will be restored from Monday 26th April 2021.

 

Tenants who reported routine repairs since January have had their repair added to a hold list. We will now be contacting all tenants on the list to arrange for their repair to be carried out. 

Thank you for your continued patience as we work through Coronavirus restrictions.

We will still require all tenants to adhere to additional safety measures when we visit their home.

When you call to schedule an appointment, we will ask you some extra questions. This is to make sure we can take any extra steps needed to carry out visits to your home safely. We will let you know what we expect from you when visiting your home. It is important that you advise us if any member of your household is self-isolating or has Covid-19. 

Our staff follow strict Coronavirus safety procedures when visiting your home. Please help us to keep you and them safe by remaining 2 metres away at all times, and keeping to another room of the property while they carry out repairs. 

We appreciate your co-operation and understanding during this time. We know this is a stressful time for everyone, and some repair needs may be frustrating. Please be aware that aggressive behaviour towards our staff members will not be tolerated.
