Coronavirus service announcement

IMPORTANT SERVICE UPDATE

 

Our office is closed to visitors and staff until further notice.

We are suspending the majority of our services to tenants and owners as a result of UK and Scottish Government announcements made on 23rd March 2020. This is in line with the new requirements put in place to slow the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19).

Our staff members are now working from home, and can be contacted by phone or email. We will continue to run essential services to the best of our ability, including:

  • Emergency repairs
  • Essential estate service duties
  • Essential security and cleaning in our multi-storey building
  • Welfare rights and benefits advice
  • Providing isolated or struggling households with essential supplies.
  • Close cleaning 
  • Gas safety checks

Currently we are able to make food and prescription deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please get in touch with us if you require assistance. 

Complaints/FOI: We will continue to respond to complaints, Freedom Of Information, and Subject Access Requests, although these all may be subject to delays on the timescales we generally expect. We will discuss timescale with you when a complaint or request is submitted. We are unable to offer face to face meetings while investigating complaints at this time. Thank you for your patience at this time. 

Until further notice, we will no longer be undertaking:

  • Non-emergency repairs
  • General maintenance
  • Landscaping services
  • Property allocation
  • Home visits
  • Estate management inspections

Please note, close cleaning will resume on Monday 20th April, following the schedule already in place in your block. Please keep at least 2 metres distance from cleaning operatives at all times, for your protection and theirs. 

We understand that the current situation will have a direct impact on some of our tenants and other customers. If you are struggling due to changes in employment and income, please get in touch with us urgently. Our Welfare Rights Team are here to advise you during this period, and can also make links with other agencies who can help.
