IMPORTANT SERVICE UPDATE

 

Our office remains closed to visitors until further notice.

Our services have gone through huge changes this year in response to Covid-19. From March, many non-essential services were suspended. Many of these have already restarted, in line with the Scottish Government’s lockdown easing and our own safety measures. Further easing may be introduced as part of the Government’s phase 4.

Complaints/FOI: We will continue to respond to complaints, Freedom Of Information, and Subject Access Requests, although these all may be subject to delays on the timescales we generally expect. We will discuss timescale with you when a complaint or request is submitted. We are unable to offer face to face meetings while investigating complaints at this time. Thank you for your ongoing patience.  

Property allocation: The Scottish Government eased restrictions on house moves on the 29th June, and we are actively working on how to restart our allocations service in way that is safe for our customers and our staff.

We understand that the current situation will have a direct impact on some of our tenants and other customers. If you are struggling due to changes in employment and income, please get in touch with us urgently.
