Coronavirus service announcement



Our office remains closed to visitors until further notice.

We suspended the majority of our services to tenants and owners as a result of UK and Scottish Government announcements made on 23rd March 2020. This was in line with the new requirements put in place to slow the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19). As lockdown restrictions continue to ease, we will make changes to the services that we can safely provide.

The majority of our staff members are working from home, and can be contacted by phone or email. A very small number of staff members now have access to our office for essential work. We will continue to run essential services to the best of our ability, and have also been able to reintroduce some services that can be done safely:

  • Emergency repairs
  • Essential estate service duties
  • Essential security and cleaning in our multi-storey building
  • Welfare rights and benefits advice
  • Providing isolated or struggling households with essential supplies.
  • Close cleaning 
  • Gas safety checks
  • Landscaping service

Currently we are able to make food and prescription deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please get in touch with us if you require assistance. From July, we have also introduced a collection point, please note this is by appointment only.

Complaints/FOI: We will continue to respond to complaints, Freedom Of Information, and Subject Access Requests, although these all may be subject to delays on the timescales we generally expect. We will discuss timescale with you when a complaint or request is submitted. We are unable to offer face to face meetings while investigating complaints at this time. Thank you for your ongoing patience.  

Property allocation: The Scottish Government eased restrictions on house moves on the 29th June, and we are actively working on how to restart our allocations service in way that is safe for our customers and our staff.

We are monitoring guidance and planning for when we can reintroduce the following services:

  • Non-emergency repairs
  • General maintenance
  • Home visits
  • Estate management inspections

We currently do not have a date for when the above services will be reinstated, but we will update you as soon as we are able to do so.
