Your Priorities is an annual process which gives people the opportunity to suggest things they think could improve the area.
Part of the Gorbals Ideas Fund, Your Priorities looks for local people, groups and charities to share their ideas on how £80,000 of community funding could help support the Gorbals become an even happier, healthier place to live.
All ideas are valuable because they come from your experience, and we bet there are people who share your ideas and goals. You might be 8, 18 or 80, someone who has lived in the Gorbals all their life or someone new to the area, you may want to improve a local park or deliver a regular event, all that matters is that your idea would bring something great to the Gorbals.
You don’t need any experience in costing or delivering projects. If your idea is one of the top ten most supported on the Your Priorities website, the Gorbals Ideas Fund Community Panel will work with you to help you fully develop your idea.
Even if you don’t have an idea of your own it’s worth having a look at the ideas other people have posted and supporting the ones you believe are most important for our area in 2023. The top ten ideas will have a real chance of being funded and becoming a reality so make sure your voice is heard!
